Who we are

The Crossroads Leadership Lab explores creative knowledge generation practices that are rooted in love, grounded in relationship, inspired by the wisdom of nature and challenge and transform ideologies, systems, and structures of domination.

CLL is a place where different cosmologies, ontologies, ways of knowing and sources of wisdom can come together to create, reveal, remember and illuminate possibilities for how we might be together during times of increasing uncertainty. The Lab supports creative and collaborative processes, projects, initiatives, stories, research, and experiments born out of relationships with people and places that are committed to creating conditions for all life to thrive.

CLL is an collaboratory supported by the Leadership for Sustainability Graduate Program at the University of Vermont and Restore Circles.
