The Reflective Pause is being hosted by the Crossroads Leadership Lab (CLL) with support from the UVM’s Humanities Center at the University of Vermont and Shelburne Farms. The Crossroads Leadership Lab (CLL) is intended as a sanctuary for emerging and endangered ways of knowing, being, and leading that is focused on creating conditions for all life to thrive. CLL explores leadership practices that are inspired by the wisdom of nature and challenge ideologies of domination.
The Crossroads Leadership Lab believes that the wisdom needed for these times will be illuminated by many different ways of knowing that are rooted in art and creativity; spiritual practice and wisdom traditions; grassroots-led resistance, resilience, solidarity and survivance; relationships with living beings, places, and our more-than-human kin who have much to teach us about how we might live well in place and participate in creating conditions for life to thrive.
